Castro’s back: Walks the Walk, Talks the Talk
The Cuban newspaper Granma has reported that Castro is recovering well and has reportedly walked around, has talked animatedly, and has “dispatched some business”. People are split over opinions as to what will happen to Castro.
He recently had intestinal surgery and ceded power to his brother Raul. His aides and top Cuban officials have said that he will recuperate and be back in power in just a few weeks. Others are not so optimistic about his recovery. Only time will tell.
