Student aces both SAT and ACT with perfect scores
Jakub Voboril, a 17 year old senior from Bishop Carroll High School in Kansas has scored a 36 on his ACT and a 2400 on his SAT’s, making this the first time anyone has recorded (or at least publicized) a perfect score on both college entrance exams in the same week.
Jakub (whose name doesn’t imply he’s a good speller) is considering either Notre Dame or Princeton. I say go to Notre Dame if you want to party, or go to Princeton if you want the prestige of the top school in America. This according to U.S. News & World Report, which just came out with this year’s college rankings, naming Princeton the top college in America, followed by Harvard and Yale.
For the rest of you - if you didn’t get a perfect score and can’t get into Princeton, at least you can still go on a $1,500 shopping spree!
